No Stone Unturned
Lisa Co - Alex Griffin - Jotham Malavé - Afsaneh Oskouei - Isa Segalovich

July 11th - August 3rd, 2019

What would we find if we searched underneath every stone?  Would we find something new, exactly what we expect, or perhaps more to unturn?  In this exhibition, each artist uses narrative to explore place, whether that place is personal, physical, psychological, or all of the above.  The pursuit and examination of knowledge between each artist and their work is an individual state of mind that calls upon the viewer to look within themselves.  Perhaps it is not about what is underneath the stone, perhaps it is the stone itself, its weight, its size, its existence, that calls to be considered.  It is through the process of unturning that we discover the sought-after phenomenon.
